At SEEDS Bilingual Education, we strive to make the enrollment process as simple, secure, and welcoming as possible. To make it easier, we've organized all the necessary enrollment documents to ensure your child's place is secured with peace of mind.
Required documents
- 01 Service provision contract (signed);
- 3 passport-size photos (3x4 cm);
- 01 Photocopy of the health insurance card;
- 01 Photocopy of the vaccination card;
- 01 Photocopy of proof of residence;
- 01 Photocopy of the student's and guardians' CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration number) and RG (Brazilian national identity card);
- Statement acknowledging receipt of the disciplinary code of ethics (signed by the responsible party);
- Image use authorization;
- Proof of payment from the previous school;
- Assessment report or school report card;
- Transfer or school certificate.
